It has been a while since we have updated the public as to the progression of the sewer project on US 23. With that said, as of 06/27/2023 we now have 127 locations that have completed and are actively using the sewer system. If you are in the second phase area (4000 N US 23 – 3354 N US 23) or third phase area (3325 N US 23 – 3006 N US 23) your last date to hook up to the system without being in violation is MARCH 13, 2024. With Michigan weather conditions being what they are, it is important that you take that into consideration.
